What kind of updates will I be receiving?
Once you are subscribed to a product of your interest, you will receive an email notification upon:
- New or updated product documentation
- New or updated product software/firmware
- Publication of important/critical product advisories (CRA)
How many emails will I receive if I am subscribed to more than one product?
You will receive 1 summarized email notification that contains all the relevant products’ updates that have been published on the same day (if there were any).
How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe by clicking the button available on My Support Subscription page and on the product page itself.
I don’t have a login to MyMellanox, how do I get login?
